When I was at Junior High School. I played a game called Adventure Quest World (AQW), A MMORPG Game. In that game, you can do quest. After completed the quest, you will be rewarded by Weapon, Armor, Helm etc. A quest with good reward will need a long time to complete. Then, I thought like this. How many people want to complete this quest? How many people can complete this quest? So, I start selling a service to complete A Quest. It's my first time earning in game world. I continue to sell that service until I'm at Senior High School. I think I got around $1000 USD from that. It's a huge sum for me. Especially for a Junior High Schooler.
At 3rd Grade High Shool, I know a game called Global Digimon Master Online (GDMO), A MMORPG Game again, but it's 3D. As starting you will be able to choose a tamer and digimon starter. In this game, you can do quest and slaying monster too. Just like when i was at junior high shool i try to get some money from this game. This game have a good feature, "Trade". It's allow you to trade with other player. So, It's basically a money generator. I think i got around $2000 USD from this. That's 2nd time earning through game. But, i stop doing this after entering college.
This year will be my last year at college. So, i'm preparing a new journey. I browse through my brain to find something that i really want. Later, I discovered that I want to be known and i want to leave a legacy too, for me in the future, my family and other people.
So, what can I do?
I decide to start a new brand, Netizenverse. This is a place where people can gather, play and earn a living. To start this i need some fund. So, i ask myself. Where i can earn some fund to start this brand?
In December 2021 i found about NFT from binance. At that time i just think NFT is just a platform to sell a picture like shutterstock, istockphoto, etc. So, i don't really think much about it.
In April 2022 I found out that NFT is more than a picture/photo/gif. It can be used as crowdfunding. For example azuki, okaybear, and more.
From April 2022 I start to develop my own NFT. I study how to create NFT from hashlips (youtube). I found some usefull information from there. How to create a collection, create smart-contract, deploy the contract on blockchain and create a minting dapp. So, i try to create my own collection. But, after some time. I still can't create a satisfactory collection. I try to contact some designer for collaboration. But, it's fruitless. As you know, I'm nobody and peniless. So, I decide to try create my own collection again.
In July 2022, I found Min Tran work on dribbble. When I see it, I think I can create a collection with that work. Furthermore, He say I can grab and use them for my works. So, this is it, after one month creating the collection. I had done it.
I read the trend of NFT world nowadays and it's say free-mint. You can have a NFT just by paying gas fee for minting. You got the NFT by paying the minting fee, then sell it at good price and the creator got money from your NFT sales, a good system. I want to follow it too. But, after I do my research. I found that some project fail. So, I decide not to follow that trend. What i want from NFT is a crowdfunding. It's not free indeed. But, in return we can really start our brand.
